Residence Ipanema is a modern condominium, located 70 meters from the sea, in the city center. The hotel has a private pool for children and adults, a furnished terrace, private parking, an elevator.
There are 2-3 room apartments with a kitchenette, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, bathroom, washing machine, dining area and a large furnished balcony. Each apartment includes 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers. Bed linen and towels guests can bring with them and averagate for a fee.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. There is no capacity for extra beds. Pets are not allowed.
